Purpose of the Role

    • Get in touch with their customers (farming companies)
    • Identify new market opportunities all around the world
    • Rationally decide how they can build up their international marketing strategy
    • Monitor market developments & brand perception
  • Find out how, when and at what price to launch new products


Key Activities

  • Our Agricultural Division working for one of the big clients of Kynetec
  • Our custom team, working both on qualitative and quantitative market research projects
  • Supporting the Global Director to manage the client in one of our key regions – APAC / US
  • Proposal development & client management
  • Team management & planning
  • Involvement in projects where needed: supporting & directing the team in
    • Project management & research set-up
    • Understanding & translating research objectives into a well-designed questionnaire
    • Contacting local partners & close monitoring of research progress
    • Analyzing and reporting both qualitative and quantitative data
    • Staying in contact with our clients during the process of the project
    • Presenting the results of the research to our clients in a comprehensive way


Technical skills required

  • You have very good MS Office skills (mainly PowerPoint and Excel). 



Typical Education and Work Experience required  


  • You have a master degree, preferably in business related topics
  • You are fluent in English; a second/third language is a plus
  • You are an entrepreneur with lots of energy who loves to work with people
  • You are passionate about market research/problem solving
  • You would love to work in an international business environment
  • You are flexible to travel for our client from time to time – 10% travel
  • You have a pragmatic and analytical mindset
  • You have at least 5 years of experience in market research
