Functieomschrijving

Aerosystems is a (small) SME that is active in an advisory capacity in the area of Aerospace and Defence for the past 45 years. It is family owned, and represents more than a dozen leading Defence and Aerospace companies from various foreign countries for the Belgian Aerospace, Security and Defence market.

We are seeking someone who has the following qualities:

Languages (trilingual English-French-Dutch), proactive, keen and willing to learn more skills, flexible, discreet and with advanced Microsoft Office program skills. Some basic aviation-related knowledge is also desirable

The job responsibilities would mainly be twofold:

Firstly, a back-office process improvement responsibility so that we may serve our customers and our clients (the various companies for which we work) more effectively and efficiently.

Secondly, an Account Manager responsibility for one of our clients, coordinating the engine and propeller comings and goings to and from the operating centre, producing regular reports (daily, weekly and monthly) documenting availability and serviceability of assets. This would require daily presence near the Airport of Zaventem.
