Your Responsibilities:
• Maintain product masterdata (in market data, logistical data, waste database, ) setup for the local market  and ensure an efficient material creation process
• Support to Report OOS situation to the commercial business and provide an overview on supply situation and availability of finished products
• Support the local IBP or CCC Process, in particular coordinating the current IBP Supply step and IBP KPIs scorecard, close collaboration with BPA for the aspects of the supply chain with financial impact
• Inventory management and optimization TBC, stock/levels, safety stock review, inventory projections, slow/no movers

Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain product masterdata (in market data, logistical data, waste database, eventually NPI) setup for the local market and ensure an efficient material creation process.
• Report OOS situation to the commercial business and provide an overview on supply situation and availability of finished products.
• Maintain high quality relationships with Supply Hub and Customer service to fully understand the whole supply chain allowing a optimized information and transparent customer service
• Liase with Artworks Coordinator to ensure all requirements are co/ordinate for pack introductions and changes
• Provide the necessary support and adherence around all Quality driven activities
• Produce internal KPI measurements to monitor performance and recommended actions to improve
• Support to Coordination of inbound delivery issues&solutions (e.g. missing COA, Inbound deliveries,)
Local IBP&CCC Process / Product Availability reporting
• Report OOS situation to the commercial business and provide an overview on supply situation and availability based on information from the central systems (SOLs) and SC Hub. communicate to the Commercial team (incl. lost sales, oos reasons..)
• Liaise with Quality, Demand Forecasting and customer Service regarding necessary product allocation
• Inventory management and optimization TBC, stock levels, safety stock review, inventory projections, slow/no movers analysis. Obsolete Stock identification and follow  through actions.

Basic qualifications:

• Bachelor degree in economics, business administration or equivalent qualification (industrial business management assistant equivalent , with a minimum of 5 years of work experience in a OTC/ FMCG organization
• Area of specialization: Logistics , supply
• During your previous job experience you developed a well-grounded knowledge in supply chain related disciplines, logistics, supply chain management, demand management or operational management.

Preferred qualifications:
• College/University degree
• Area of specialization: logistics/economics
• Precise, profound, high level working standard
• Solid computer skills, excellent with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook
• Ability to work independently and proactively
• Excellent communication skills
• You possess excellent skills in building internal and external relationships
• The rapidly changing nature of the business and the dynamic market conditions will require a high degree of flexibility and adaptability and the ability to work calmly under pressure
• Deep SAP/CERPs knowledge
• You are fluent in French, Dutch and English (written and spoken)
