As a management assistant you work closely with your colleagues in a team of 4 secretaries..
You take part in the daily administrative support to the General Management and the Accounting department.
The function consists a.o. of the following tasks:
- Distribution of daily post, answering incoming calls, reception visitors, preparing meeting rooms
- Meeting preparations and reports;
- Handling and follow-up of incoming and outgoing mail, writing of internal and external correspondence;
- Managing the filing and agendas
- Invoices treatment for accounting
- You have a Bachelor Degree in office management;
- Some accounting knowledge is an asset;
- And a first (international) working experience;
- You are proactive, very flexible, precise, stress-resistant and discrete;
- You have an excellent knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
- You dispose of the necessary skills to communicate with executives and to welcome customers and visitors appropriately;
- You are fluent in at least 3 languages (German, English + French or Dutch), spoken as well as written;
- Flawless appearance.
