PUBLIC RELATIONS COORDINATOR - FRONT DESK AGENT (M/F)

Function Description:

Place of work: Our holiday resorts in Europe or North Africa

Your role:

• Being the representative for English-speaking guests • Arrivals and departures (check-in and check-out) • Telephone switchboard • Cash-box • Sales promotion (stay, meals, B&B) • Organising and taking part to cultural events for English-speaking guests • Translating information documents and notices • Making speeches (information conferences, presentation of shows and events…)

Profile:

Your profile : • Bilingual English and French mandatory, other foreign languages a plus (German, Dutch, Russian, Italian…) • Availability and international mobility from 3 to 8 months minimum • Working experience mandatory • Diploma in international travel industry preferred • IT skills

Your personal skills • Professional • Diplomatic • Organised • Ability to talk in public • Excellent inter-personal skills

Offer:

Your contract : • French season contract (3 to 8 months) • 39 hours a week (in France, based on the legislation of the country of work) – 6 days per week • 1558,18 € (French gross salary) • Accommodation and meals provided by the Club (with your financial contribution) • Using of Club Med infrastructures (e.g. sports) • Discount prices at the Club Med Boutique, for excursions • Transport provided by Club Med
