The finance Industry Division

Our Brussels finance & legal recruitment division sources high quality candidates for permanent positions within the industry, tax and legal sectors. The division recruits across a wide range of seniority and our client base includes both multinationals and local Belgian organisations. Within industry, we typically place professionals in middle to senior management roles, including financial directors and controllers, business controllers, internal auditors and compliance, risk, tax and treasury directors and managers.
Within the legal field we place professionals drawn from right across the legal spectrum (corporate, commercial, public, social) into law firms, consultancies and with private and semi-private corporate clients.

 
The Human Resource Division

Our Brussels HR recruitment division covers the permanent recruitment of highly qualified professionals in a variety of different sectors. We are dedicated to providing the highest quality, personalised service to our clients and candidates, an excellent speed of response and a highly creative and consultative approach to assignments. We recruit specialist and generalist HR positions, ranging from experienced professionals to middle and senior management.

 
The Financial Services Division

Our financial services division in Belgium covers the banking and insurance sector as well as other related companies (leasing, insurance and credit brokerage, consulting, etc.) and focuses on a wide range of positions from sales to more specific technical and management roles. Interim Management

Interim Management involves the placement of highly qualified senior managers within an organisation for a determined period of time. These highly skilled individuals will work at the complete disposal of the company, taking on operational responsibility within the framework of a well defined mission while working as self-employed persons. At the same time, the progress of each assignment is monitored by the dedicated Robert Walters consultant, who acts as a shadow-manager.
Rather than simply providing a quick solution in a crisis, today’s Interim Managers are also increasingly being used as a strategic resource to manage a wide variety of challenging business situations.
